Renown Esports

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Renown Esports and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings button (the gear, top right).
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and the app returns to its welcome screen.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We’ll confirm it’s your account, then delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently:

• Your profile, username, and sign-in link to Apple or Google
• Bits, cards, card earnings, showcase, and titles
• Predictions and your win-loss record
• Chat messages and reactions
• Friends, friend requests, blocks, and reports you’ve sent

If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the app’s access to your Apple ID. We don’t keep any of this data after deletion, and it can’t be recovered.
